Frequently Asked Questions

How do we proceed when you visit my city?

Just like walking into our showroom, we will have a brief consultation session, and then measure you and select your favorite fabrics among the thousands of swatches from our bespoke shirt and suit collections. We will conclude by going over the options and selecting the most appropriate choices.

How do you ensure a good fit if we’re in different cities?

For shirts, we will send your first shirt and ensure that you like the fit; if needed, we will make necessary adjustments. For larger orders of shirts (minimum orders vary among cities) and for suits, we will make a second trip to see you for a fitting session and ensure that your garments fit perfectly.

Can I re-order without having to meet with you?

TYes, if your size has not changed since your last order and would like to re-order new garments, all you need to do is contact us and tell us what you are looking for, i.e. patterns, colors, etc. We will then mail you a selection of fabric swatches from which you will select your favorite choices.

I’m usually very busy at the office, how long will a typical meeting take?

A typical initial meeting will take approximately 30 minutes, but it always depends of the client. We require a minimum of 20 minutes, for our first meeting only, so that we could take our time and measure you carefully. With repeat customers, our appointments can take as little as 5 minutes since the patterns and measurements are on hand.

I visit Montreal every so often, could we meet at the showroom?

We have many clients who come to Montreal for business or leisure and it is a great opportunity for them to pass by for a fitting or to renew their wardrobes. We ask for you to take an appointment even when visiting our boutique.
